He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Lee and Pauline Robison Moyer; his brothers, Bernard Moyer and Johnny Moyer; and his parents-in-law, Gene and Mary "Tippy" Fitzwater Knotts McProuty.
He is survived by: his wife Debra Darlene Knotts Moyer; his sons, Matthew Shane Moyer and Jarod Kyle Moyer; and his sister-in-law Joyce Moyer. He is also survived by several many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bartlett Funeral Home (202 Mc Graw Ave, Grafton, WV 26354). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
