He was predeceased by: his parents, Freeman Bolyard and Leona Belle Arthur Bolyard; and his sister Barbara Keener. He is survived by: his wife Myrna Jean Lambert Bolyard; his children, Brian Bolyard (Janet), Mark Bolyard and Cindy McDaniel (Rodney Richter) of Philippi; his sisters, Lila Campbell, Sandra Bradford (Bud), Linda Bragg (Don) and Geovoni "Bonnie" Jones of Grafton; and his grandchildren, Brandon Bolyard (Michelle), Nick Bolyard (Nikki), Michael Bolyard (Lora), Kevin Bolyard, Autumn Graham (Michael), Cierra Swiger and Kiley Swiger. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
