He was predeceased by: his parent Richard C. Poling; his brothers, Paul Kevin and Lynn Poling; and his niece Heather Poling. He is survived by: his parent Betty Lamm Poling; his son Phillip "Shane" Poling (Brittany); his grandson Conner of Clarksburg; his siblings, Teresa Gerard (Sam), Mark Poling (Kim) of Grafton and Steve Poling (Beverly) of Grafton; his nieces and nephews, Renee Quentin Poling, Jennifer Jones, Sabrina Poling, Tammy Poling, Jason Poling, Samantha McDaniel, Christopher Poling, Justin Poling, Lorraine Hershman, Renee Larew, Amber Harrold and Staphany Harrold; his daughters, Kelsey Turley and Madison Turley; and also Karie.
