He was predeceased by: his parents, Mauldin M. Richards and Mary Margaret Richards (Vandergrift). He is survived by: his wife Joyce A. Richards (Markley); his children, Vanessa Lea Lockhart (Wesley) of Grafton, Tina Marie Hull (Robert) of Davis, WV and Jacob Anthony Richards of Grafton, WV; his grandchildren, Cassandra (Fiance Gervis), Hannah (Mark), John Wesley of Romney, WV, Katherine (Justin), Lindsey Hull of Davis, WV and Jason (Mya); his great grandchildren, Heath Knotts and Walyn Knotts; his nieces and nephews, Tamala, Danny and Edward; and his foster daughter Debbie.
BECAUSE OF THE Covid 19 virus there will be no public visitation and a private interment will be conducted at the WV National cemetery at Pruntytown.
