She is survived by: her children, Nathen W Bolyard (Melissa), Joshua W Bolyard (Cindy), Phillip M Bolyard (Stephanie) and Thornton (India Nicole Fields); her grandchildren, Darian, Raven, Xavier, Xhaiden, Kaitlynn, Chloe, Carter, Kelly, Jenna, Mackenzie, Courtney and Faith; her great grandchildren, Emerson, Braelyn and Jace; and her siblings, Pete Field (Sharon), Wierton, Dottie Bolyard and Keith Field (Amy). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
