With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Palestyne Ann Frey of Grafton, West Virginia, who passed away on July 5, 2023 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Poole and Annalee. She is survived by: her husband Charlie Frey of Grafton; her daughters, Alice Bean of Phoenix, AZ, Sonya (JJ Williams), Kathy (Don Cyphers) and Lindy Hoffa (Roy Titchenell, Jr.); her stepdaughter Tina Frey; and her grandchildren, Kimberly McCartney, Joshua, Alaina McCartney, Ryan Williams, Ty Bean, Jordan Bean, Jacob Cyphers and Ben Cyphers.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions and in-kind gifts can be made to the Tygart Center's Activities Department.
