It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Otis Vern Eltzeroth Jr. of Grafton, West Virginia, born in Kokomo, Indiana, who passed away on March 18, 2025, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Vern and Joann Poling Eltzeroth; and his siblings, Betty, Joann and Larry Brown.

He is survived by: his wife Brenda Sprouse Eltzeroth; his children, Kristin Ruby (C. J.), Sarah Eltzeroth, Brenda Lynn Daff (Roger), Zach Ruby, David Lee Conrad (Angel) and Jamie Edward Conrad (Ashley); and his brother Butch Brown. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to his funeral care fund on his memorial website.
