He is survived by: his wife Joice Boggs Delaney; his son Okey Clarence Delaney IV (Susan); his grandchildren, Katelyn Benton-Hart (Greyson) and Kristian Delaney; his siblings, Mae Spence, Michael Delaney (Stephanie), Timothy Spence and Thomas Spence; and his nieces and nephews, Michael Delaney, Jr., Megan Sweeney, Chelsea Newell, Hillarie Moffitt and Kaelie Sweeney.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bartlett Funeral Home (202 Mc Graw Ave, Grafton, WV 26354). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
