Palmer; his sisters-in-law, Mary Ann Meador and Jeannie Meador; and his grandparents, Denzil, Ruth Schwiendemann Ellison, Jack and Mabel Neely Meador.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Rose Palmer Meador; his children, Michael Meador (Jennifer) of Morgantown, WV, Justin Meador (Tiffany), Nathan Meador (Rachel), Port St and Rusty Conner (Lauren); his grandchildren, Mason C, Addisyn, Penelope, Abby, Delaney, Blake, Jamison, Carson and Mason A; his siblings, Larry Meador of Hinton, WV, David Meador, Tammi, Donna Ellison, Jeff, Janet Whitten and James Meador of Edgewater, FL; and his mother-in-law Brenda Floyd Palmer Leighty.
