He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Lester Hubbard and Arline Maxine Hubbard (Reed); his daughter Christa Strong; and his brother Tom Hubbard. He is survived by: his children, Tammy L. Brooks of Grafton and William C. "Bill" Hubbard (Jeni); and his brother John Hubbard (Donna) of Ashtabula, OH.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren.
