She was predeceased by: her father Ricky Sylva. She is survived by: her mother Janet Slaton Sylva; her pets, Ari, Asher and Jade; her sons, Jaylon Shaw (Tori) and Rylan Sylva; her former husband Jeremy Shaw; and her siblings, Ricky J. Sylva Jr. (Michelle), Daniel R Sylva (Lanessa), Jessica McMasters (Davey), Amber Sylva and Kashia Sylva. She is also survived by numerous aunts. uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and one great niece.
