She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Morgan and Elva O'Dell Morgan (Currey); her husband Hugh Everett Wagner; her daughter Penny Sue Bauer; and her siblings, Mariam Lee Watson, Alice Shener of Virginia, William Arthur "Billy" Morgan and Alfred P. Morgan.
She is survived by: her daughter Deborah Kay McGroder of Cambridge, OH. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
