He was predeceased by: his parent Lloyd E. Elsey, Jr.; and his grandparents, Lloyd E. Elsey, Sr., Lena Elsey (Smith) and Berta Murphy (Poling). He is survived by: his mother Constance J. Elsey (Murphy); his siblings, Susan L. Spadafore (Ralph) of Fairmont and Thomas Scott Elsey (Shelley) of Grafton; and his nieces and nephews, Torr Spadafore of Grafton, Shane Spadafore of Grafton, Shayla Elsey Wood (Justin) of Grafton, Seth Elsey (Chanel) of Grafton, Shyanne J. Elsey of Grafton, Hali Wood and Lydia Wood.
