She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy C. Shaffer and Bertha Shaffer (Martin). She is survived by: her husband Gary William Shaw of Grafton; her children, Beth Kochka (Michael) and Brian Shaw (Anjacember Rowe) of Grafton; her grandchildren, Jacqueline Cady (David) of Morgantown, Derek Watkins (Samantha) of Grafton and Ryan Watkins (Josi Poling) of Grafton; and her great grandchildren, Alan Propst of Morgantown, Sophie Railey of Morgantown and Jeremy Railey of Morgantown.
