He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Haines Sr. and Mary Lou Morrell (Batykefer); his wife Brenda G. Haines (Farance); and his brothers, Fred and Mark Haines.
He is survived by: his daughters, Brandy L. Saltis (Tim) of Bridgeport and Brooke L. Davis (Ian) of Grafton; his grandchildren, Trenton, Tanner, Kaleigh, Trey of John, Jake and Hunter; and his sisters, Donna Mayfield (James) of Grafton and Judith "Judy" Martin (Michael) of Clarksburg. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
