She was predeceased by: her parents, John D Stephens and Julia Jane Fosnaugle Stephens; her husband Roger Ellsworth Halsey; her son David Walter Halsey; her grandson Troy Smith; and her siblings, John C, Royal J and Luella M.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Robison (David), Virginia Taylor (Rodney), Jeannette Reyes (Frankie) and Norman Halsey (Donna). She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
