It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leatha Bolner of Grafton, West Virginia, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on October 2, 2020, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Paul Vernon Allen; and her brother Jeffrey Allen. She is survived by: her mother Sylvia Logan Allen; her husband Wendell "Junior" Bolner, Jr.; her sister Gwenda Rucker (James); her nephew Paul Daniel Rucker; her sisters-in-law, Alicia Knotts and Patty Casto (Ben); and her cousin Michelle Myers. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
