He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Arthur, Anna Moore and Terry White. He is survived by: his parents, John Wayne Moore, Sr. and Stephanie Rae White (Justin H. Conner); his son Kenneth Cox; his nephews, Xavier Moore and Yuri Moore; his niece Evangeline Moore; his brothers, John Wayne Moore, Jr. of Grafton, Maternal and Jared M. Moore (Izabelle) of Grafton, Maternal; and his grandmother Margie Clark (Mick). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
