He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Heinzman and Betty Jane Rosier Heinzman; his cousin Bucky Rosier; and his brother-in-law Bob Griffith. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Miller Heinzman; his son Sam Heinzman (Destiny Gabbert Grafton); his siblings, David Heinzman (Lenore) and Shelly Elsey (Scott) of Grafton; his cousin Denny Llaneza; and his siblings-in-law, Tracy Griffith, Jennifer Harper and Todd Miller.
