He is survived by: his children, Amy Gutshall (Ron) and John L. Reed; and his grandchildren, Tyler, Alana, Austin, Lily, Amelia, Matthew, Samuel and Dylan.
A graveside service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM and at 2:00 PM at the West Virginia National Cemetery (42 Veterans Memorial Ln, Grafton, WV 26354).
