He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Conrad and Ruth Le Masters Conrad; and his brother Richard Conrad. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Scudder Conrad; his son John "Jay" Conrad, Jr. (Stacy); and his grandchildren, Nicholas, Daniel and Stacy.
