She was predeceased by: her sister Nancy Kight; and her grandchildren, Gregory Michael Brand, Jr and Lindsay Marie Brand. She is survived by: her children, Sally Brand (Greg Bright) of Elkridge, MD, Shonna McCloy (Ralph), Vicki Grimes (Carl) and Thomas Newlon; her grandchildren, David, Katie, Carly, Ralphie, Amanda, Julia and Audra; her great grandchildren, Elvie, Gunnar, Carter, Julianna and Alexander; her siblings, Betty Kay Phillips and Thomas Jenkins, Jr.; and her close friends, Julie, Leisa and Sally. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
