He was predeceased by: his parents, James Williams and Eula Williams (Chidester); his siblings, Virginia "Ginny" Heath, Gallard "Bud" Williams, Robert "Bob" Williams, Ralph Williams, Paul Jr. Williams and Cecil Williams; his half-brother Arden Nethken; and his father-in-law Hubert McIe.
He is survived by: his wife Reva Jean Williams (McIe); his children, James M. Williams (Tina Wig) of Dublin, CA and Melissa (Michael Ridenour) of Tunnelton; his grandchildren, Justin Ridenour of Kingwood, Brittinee Ridenour of Tunnelton, Dylan Ridenour of Tunnelton, Tristan Ridenour of Tunnelton, Gabrielle of Dublin, CA, Noor of Dublin, CA and Sehej of Dublin, CA; his great grandchildren, Lane Ridenour, Harper, Branson and Nash Ridenour; his sister Kathy; his siblings-in-law, Mary Williams of Adrian, WV, Judi Williams of Rock Cave, WV, Dana "Bud" McIe of Grafton and Sheldon McIe of Grafton; and his mother-in-law Alberta McIe of Grafton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
