It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Michael Barlow of Grafton, West Virginia, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on March 10, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Barlow and Catherine Reed Barlow. He is survived by: his wife Karol Mewshaw Barlow; his children, David (Theresa Barlow) of Bridgeport, James K. (Alesha Barlow) of South Charleston, WV and Krista King (Darryl) of Johns Island, SC.; his granddaughters, Valerie, Kristen, Rachael and Jenna; and his siblings, Robert Barlow and Pam Rhoden. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
