With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacqueline Phillips of Grafton, West Virginia, who passed away on December 28, 2020 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, L. R. Williams and Estelle Williams; her spouse Urban Keith Phillips; her sister Roberta "Bobbie" Riffle; her daughters, Terry Lynn Ice of Morgantown and Jacqueline Kay Baker (Doug) of Grafton; her grandchildren, Angela McVicker (Jason) of Grafton and Christopher Ice of Fairmont; her great grandchildren, Gage, Colton McVicker of Grafton, Ricky, Heather and Amanda Moran; her great great grandchildren, Truxon and Raelynn Moran; her grandson Monty Moran; her niece Debra Sharp (Frank) of Westerville, OH; her nephews, Sam Riffle (Linda) of Fairfax, VA and Danny Riffle (Chris); and her great-nephews, Brian Riffle and Andrew Sharp (Kim).
Friends may call for viewing at Bartlett Funeral Home, 202 McGraw Ave. on Friday January 1, 2021 from 3-7PM with proper distancing and face mask required.
