It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Icie Louise Carroll of Grafton, West Virginia, who passed away on March 8, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Frank and Selah Hinkle McCoy; her husband Brady Lee Carroll; her son David Allen Carroll; her siblings, William McCoy, Frank McCoy and Mary Ellen Knight; her daughter-in-law Betty Carroll (Henne); and her grandchildren, Joy Ann Carroll and Ronald Lee Carroll.
She is survived by: her sons, Ronald Lee Carroll and Charles Scott Carroll (Ginny); her daughter-in-law Sheryl Carroll; her grandchildren, Rebekah Knutson (Tina), Randy Carroll, Heather Freitas (Dan) and Frank Carroll (Ashley); her great grandchildren, Jack Freitas and Luke Freitas; and her brothers, Norman McCoy, James McCoy (June) and Richard McCoy (Dorothy).
