With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Howard Robert Kines of Grafton, West Virginia, who passed away on July 25, 2023 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Virgil "Pete" and Kathleen "Kate" Reams Kines; and his sister Eunice Thorn. He is survived by: his sisters, Nancy Sypolt (George) of Grafton and Diana Setler of Grafton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

The family request no flowers.
