Knotts, Evansville, Ind, Mike Moats (Amy) and Mark Moats (Cari); his grandchildren, Savanah, Garrett, Mallorie, Hannah, Tanner, Gabe, Maddie, Jayson, Noah, Jacob, Chloe, Kaleb and Stevie; and his siblings, Butch Munson, Linda Nickerson, Alfred Sloan, Terry Sloan, Rick Sloan, Tom Sloan, Donna Wagner and Donnie Cumpston. He is also survived by several brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews.
