She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Bolyard and Sarah Jane Shingleton Kozlowsky; and her siblings, Hayward Bolyard, Gerald Bolyard and Janet Burnham.
She is survived by: her husband William T. Mason; her daughters, Tammy Jean Foley (Charles) of Grafton, Kathy Lou McDaniel of Grafton and Brenda Gail Mason (Melissa Chapman); her grandchildren, Andrea, Chazz, Matthew, Brent, Cody and Travis; her great grandchildren, K. J., Carder and Aiden; and her sisters, Delores Roman of Conway, PA. and Laura Dulworth (Alan). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
