He was predeceased by: his parents, Truman Earl and Louise Stemple Westerman; his son Ricky Westerman; and his siblings, Everett Carl Westerman, Larry E Westerman and Marie Bright.
He is survived by: his spouse Macel V. Zinn Westerman; his siblings, Mae Jewell (Perry), Shirley Jewell of Auburn Township, OH and Richard Gene Westerman (Alice Jean); his sisters-in-law, Evelyn Westerman and Beulah Beam; and his friends, Chuck and Diann Bartlett. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
