He is survived by: his wife Carol Kay McKeen Watkins; his sons, William Earl Watkins (Barb) of Grafton, Steven Michael Watkins (Courtney) of Grafton and Michael Shawn Watkins (Julie) of Chicago, IL; and his granddaughter Chassie Paige Watkins of Grafton.
