He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Ashburn Mayle and Ruth Alma Mayle (Decost); his siblings, Ercel Mayle and Dorothy Kennedy; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Lou Bosley, J. C. Parker, Darl Mayle, Coy Mayle and Andy Grega.
He is survived by: his wife Connie L. Mayle (Grega); his sons, Frank R. Mayle, Jr. (Sheryl) of Grafton, Brian M. Mayle of Grafton and Chris A. Mayle (Sherry) of Belington; his granddaughters, Kali J. Mayle and Taylor N. Mayle-Garrett (Kory); his sisters, Jackie Parker of Grafton, Kathleen Mayle of Grafton, Luetta Mayle of Grafton and JoAnn Mayle of Grafton; and his brother-in-law Jay Grega of Clarksburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
