She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Smith and Ruth Thomas Smith; and her sisters, Donna Gallaher and Patty Kieltyka. She is survived by: her husband Harold Rhodes; her children, Kimberly Freetage (Jerry) of Orient, OH, Steven Rhodes (Lanie), Donald Rhodes of Grafton, Jim Rhodes (April) of Grafton and Bill Rhodes of Grafton; her grandchildren, David, Matt, Tara Freetage, Jimmy, Dustin, Dererick Rhodes and Patty Smith-Allison; and her siblings, Barbara Kimball of Grafton, Herbert Smith (Shirley) of Coshocton, OH and Richard Smith (Chris) of Grafton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
