Frances Hart Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Hart in Grafton, West Virginia, who passed away on August 10, 2021 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Stubbs and Garnet Stubbs of Shirley; her husband Reverend Jack Hart; her siblings, Wilma George and Leo Stubbs; her daughters, Judith Dawn Hart and Penny Jo Hart; and her granddaughter Madelyn Renee Hart.

She is survived by: her siblings, Bea Doll of Tyler County, Mona Cumberledge of Tyler County, Howard Stubbs (Nelda) and Jim Stubbs (Joyce) of Tyler County; her sons, Mike Hart (Sharon) of West Milford and Mark Hart (Amy) of Tallahassee; and her grandchildren, Olivia Stoneburner (Nate) of Clearwater Beach, Alexis Hart of Jacksonville and Austin Davis of Texas.

In lieu of flowers our family is asking that donations be made to: "Children's Home Society of West Virginia" in honor of Frances Hart.
