He was predeceased by: his aunts and uncles, Betty Wright, Shirley Myers, James Ottis Haddix, David Haddix and Delmas Franklin Haddix.

He is survived by: his wife Lucinda "Cindy" Isner Haddix; his children, Lisa Haddix, Floyd James "Jimmy" Haddix (Janet) and Grafton; his grandchildren, Heather Kuhn (Adam), James Haddix (Paige Kittle), Austin Haddix and Mackencie Haddix; his great grandchildren, Hadley Haddix and Parker Kuhn; his aunt Sue Huffman of Fairmont; and also Sandra Moyer.
