She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarences S. Kelley and Viola Beckman Kelley; her husband Herbert Moore, Jr.; her siblings, Florence Patterson, Edith Kelley, Merle Emery, Pearl Paschke, Glenn Kelley and Gerald Kelley; and her brothers-in-law, Albert Paschke and Claude Mankins.
She is survived by: her children, Sandy Ammons, David Moore (Mona), Kelly Moore, Sheila Trimble and Anthony Moore; her grandchildren, Justin, Maria, Jeremy and Jessica of Hannah, C. J.; her siblings, Bernice Mankins, Christine Williams (Lloyd), Dorothy Williams (Willard) and Harlan Kelley (Linda); and her siblings-in-law, Charles Patterson, Sr. and Sharon. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a West Virginia Orphanage or an Alzheimer's Association.
