He was predeceased by: his parents, James O. Haller and Dorcas L. Haller (Weaver); his son James Haller; and his siblings, Steve Haller, Freddie Haller, Madge Jones and Portia Ann Coberley.
He is survived by: his son Randall L. Haller (Amanda) of Grafton, WV; his sister Juanita Mae Bierlair; his former wife Peggy Haller of Grafton, WV; his grandchildren, Connor Haller, Haylee Haller, Randi Haller, James Thomas Haller, Tiana Haller and Jayme Haller; and his great grandchild Nova. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
