He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Ray Williams and Nora Janetta Pitzer Williams; and his siblings, Forrest Williams, Leonard Williams, Dorman Williams, Gertrude Mills, Sylvia Able and Dorothy Knotts.
He is survived by: his wife Anne Marie Lieurey Williams of Grafton; his children, Carolyn Sinclair (Gregory), Tony Williams (Kelley), Kenneth Williams (Lisa) and Emmanuel Williams (Tarry); and his sisters, Alice Lucas of Grafton and Della Jean Lambert of Grafton. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren.
