She is survived by: her husband George William McCartney; her children, Barbara Dorene Tennant (Donnie) and Russell McCartney (April); her stepchildren, Scott William McCartney (Lynette), Shannon Wayde McCartney (Mili) and Cindy Jo McCartney (Rick); her grandchildren, Cajun, Candice, Scotti, Tori, Taylor, Stacie Dorene, Stephen Paul and Samantha; her great grandchildren, Hadessah, Elijah, Grace, Oliver, Harper, Ellis, Tucker, Avery, Kallie and Sarena; and her sisters, Donna Jean Zemonick and Marlene Poston.
