He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Sapp and Edith Sapp; his siblings, James "Rach" Sapp, Joann Howell and Paul "Fert" Sapp; his sons, Kenneth Sapp and Rodney Sapp; and his granddaughter Jennifer June Sapp.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Preston Sapp; his sister Shirley Duryea; his sister-in-law Carol Rogers of Proctorville, OH; his nephews, Donald "Jack" Sapp Jr. (Susie) and Jeffrey Sapp Sr. (Lisa) of Grafton; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Sapp Jr., Erin Mlinarcik (Jarrod), Sara Franciosi and Trisha Sapp; and his great grandchildren, Jacob of Grafton, Lexi Mlinarcik of Grafton, Jordyn Sapp of Grafton and Elijah McDaniel of Grafton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
