He was predeceased by: his father James Madison; and his brothers, Otis C. Westfall and Carl Westfall. He is survived by: his wife Margarette Sue Auvil Westfall; his children, Lisa Sapp (Jeffrey), Denny Westfall (Mary Lynn) and Brad Westfall (Lynn); his grandchildren, Jeffrey Sapp Jr., Trisha Sapp, Kiley Westfall, Kason Westfall, Noah Westfall and Blake Westfall; and his great grandchild Jordyn Sapp. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
