He was predeceased by: his parent Dorsey Warden Bolyard; his son Randall Wade Bolyard; and his brothers, Kerry Ivan, Dorsey Alvin Bolyard Ivan and Oster Trucking Co.
He is survived by: his parent Dorothy Margaret Gainer (Boylen); his wife Mary Ann Bolyard (Tyler) of Grafton; his daughters, Shannon F. Robinson (Joe) of Grafton and Sheri Y. Handley; his son-in-law Doug Handley of Fairmont; his son Dennie Keith Bolyard of Grafton, WV; his grandchildren, Tyler, Breez, Roxanne, Ceicei, Mia, Dillon, Jatanna, Zach and Krista; and his sister Doris Hershman of Grafton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
