It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deb Forrest Moats of Grafton, West Virginia, born in Philippi, West Virginia, who passed away on June 8, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert James and Gertrude Mae Weaver Moats; his sons, Adam Moats and Brian Moats; and his siblings, Steve Moats, Julius Moats and Pamela Zinn.
He is survived by: his close friend Shawn Shore; his children, Joshua Brook Moats, Amanda Danielle Moats and Brandon Lee Moats; his grandchildren, Jocelynn, Killian and Gendry; and his siblings, Ramona Mercantino, Robin Dotson, Christopher Moats and Jason Moats (Olivia).
