He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend Arnold Lester and Mary Margaret McIntosh; and his wife Brenda Lee McIntosh (Hall). He is survived by: his children, Matthew McIntosh (Miriam) of Morgantown, WV, Tricia McIntosh (Jon) of Ocala, FL and Christopher McIntosh (Annette) of Grafton, WV.; and his granddaughters, Brenda McIntosh Dillow and Kristin James.
