She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Poling and Jeanne Poling (Stemm); her spouse Sersario Jacques Jr.; and her daughter-in-law Dawn Jacques. She is survived by: her children, Flora Jeanne Phillips (Jacques) of Philippi and Matt Jacques of Grafton; her brother William "Bucky" Poling (Mary) of Tacy Community; and her grandchildren, Brittany Jacques and Logan Phillips Candace.
