He was predeceased by: his parent Particia Isner; his brother Rocky Todd Isner; and his grandparents, Bobby Joe, Marie Isner, Ralph and Wilma Riddle.

He is survived by: his father Gerald Isner; and his brother Jerry Wayne Isner (Kaitlin Kramer). He is also survived by her daughters, several aunts, uncles and cousins.
