She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert O. Smith Sr. and Ruth Thomas Smith; and her sisters, Eileen Rhodes, Donna Gallaher and Patricia Kieltyka.
She is survived by: her son Timothy Kimball of Grafton; her brothers, Herbert O Smith (Bud) of Coshocton and Richard Smith (Dick) of Grafton; and her close friend Ronda Cross of Grafton. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
