She was predeceased by: her parent Roy DeMoss; her husband John Thomas Hendrickson; and her son James Roy Hendrickson. She is survived by: her parent Hannah Moats DeMoss of Grafton; and her child Rick Hendrickson (Amy).

The family is asking that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the WV Caring hospice in Taylor County. 5 Hospital Plaza, Grafton, WV 26354.
