"Barb" Haddix (Hoffmann); his daughters, Heather Michelle Rush (Wesley) and Keri Anne Haddix (Codie Seargeant); his stepdaughters, Stephanie Lynn Sass (Randy) and Jody Marie Ouellette (Stephen); his grandchildren, Adrian Sass, Faith Ouellette, Jacob Ouellette, Hunter Poling, Braxton Rush and Warren Seargeant; and his sister Teresa Maley (Darwin).
