He is survived by: his mother Betty Jean Drummond Smith; his wife Sharon Kay Withrow Smith; his children, Stephanie Bolyard (Philip), Arthur Withrow and Nathanial Withrow; his grandchildren, Kelley, Jenna, Makenzie and Courtney; and his sisters, MaryAnn Drummond and Rosie Anderson (Vernon).
